Heartland Baptist District is made up of fifty-five churches affiliated with the Baptist General Conference located in metropolitan areas such as Kansas City, MO, Omaha, NE, and Sioux Falls, SD as well as towns and villages scattered across North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska & Missouri.
Our twin purposes are church health and church planting. We are committed to come alongside local churches and help them do what God has called them to do in their communities in the best possible way. It is also to do together what we cannot do as individual churches, including have retreats and camps, network for regional and international ministries and start new churches across America’s high plains. The district offices are centrally located at 601 W. 57th St. in Sioux Falls, SD in the facilities of Faith Baptist Fellowship , one of our cooperating churches. Though based in southeast South Dakota, our staff is constantly dispersed for ministry across the district. |
